Original
Clone stamped the shadow away
Original
Text added with "Sunset Sky" style

Original
Recolored with a gradient map (Image=>Adjustments=>Gradient Map)

And there we have it. I'm going to go curl up under a blanket adn take a nap now ^^

Interesting use of the clone tool. I was going to suggest that the color match tool may have worked better, bu t I haven't gotten a hang of that one yet. The fairy light (as its called in England) looks much better without the shadow.

Good job with this. It would be interesting to see how changed the pixel information is. You took out a large area of color!

Hope you are feeling better kat! Great idea in cloing the area to remove the shadow. Looking at your pic may me think that I could use xmas light strands to clone to create hair on something... :) the eagle shot came out great also. What filters did you use? and on the movie front... you heal faster if you watch a funny movie... laughing strenghens your immune system, being scared compromises it.. :) if you like old movies with great funny dialog - abbott & costello - (i like when they met frankenstein)
